Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

About You
  • Passionate about supporting and developing your team to uphold high standards.
  • Experienced in managing shifts, planning rotas, and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Knowledgeable about managing labour costs and understanding restaurant financials.
  • Enjoy celebrating success and recognizing individual needs and achievements.

Additional Information
