  • Lead and motivate a team of FoH specialists to deliver outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to provide top-tier service and continuously improve the office experience.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful as a Front of House Manager, you should demonstrate:

  • Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration.
  • H&S knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
  • An interest in ESG and driving sustainable change.

We believe life extends beyond work. We offer flexible working options to help balance your professional and personal life. Your impact here can extend beyond your day job—through initiatives like secondments, charity work, and supporting entrepreneurs globally. Our core values—purposeful drive, curiosity, candor, and kindness—guide us in doing the right thing.
