The Walcot Group is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and motivate on the floor across our venues in Bath and the Southwest. You’ll set the tone for service, manage shifts, and ensure guest experiences meet our high standards.

You’ll resolve issues, support team development, mentor on wine notes and ordering sequences, and collaborate with management to keep operations running smoothly. This role suits a proactive leader who thrives in busy hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in front-of-house hospitality.
• Ability to supervise or step up during shifts.
• Focus on guest flow, timing, and service quality.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Flexible to work across venues within the group.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high service standards on the floor.
• Keep shifts running smoothly as FOH supervisor.
• Bridge between management and floor teams.
• Mentor newer staff on wine notes and order sequence.
• Lead line-ups and improve floor flow during peak times.
