Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive store performance. You will support recruitment, training, and the execution of company initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a lead retail role, with strong leadership, customer service, and data-driven insight to improve sales and team development. This role offers growth and a vibrant store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds when handling product, cartons, or fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience.
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and ensures adherence to company policies and store procedures.
