Slim Chickens is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to lead our Liverpool One team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You’ll supervise daily front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from seating to service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Managing guest relations, handling issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
