Job summary

Trafford Council is seeking a friendly Front of House Assistant to join the Waterside team. You will greet visitors, scan tickets, usher audiences, and serve customers at the bar, café, and merchandise outlets during events.

This casual role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends, with a rota system and SMART working where possible. Applicants must be over 18 and able to work on-site at Waterside.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a bar or café environment.
• Passion for working in an arts environment.

Responsibilities

• Front of House duties including meeting and greeting visitors, ticket scanning, ushering and serving customers at the bar, coffee shop, gift shop and merchandise outlets.
• Be part of the Front of House team delivering events, meetings and private events including weddings.
