Job summary

Fosso Lounge, a Loungers venue, is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our friendly café bar.

As part of the Bar & Waiting team you’ll welcome customers, serve drinks and food, keep the bar stocked, and help ensure every guest leaves happy. Experience isn’t essential — if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest. Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, enjoy staff meals, 50% off food and drinks from day one, paid breaks and great progression.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers with warm, genuine hospitality.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
