As a key team member, you will coordinate events and room bookings, balance multiple priorities, and represent the Centre with a calm, proactive approach to ensure exceptional service for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, tenants and stakeholders
• Manage communications, visitor processes and enquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate events, room bookings and delivery coordination for the centre
• Act as the primary point of contact and face of the centre, supporting tenants and visitors
