Tesco Cafs in the United Kingdom is seeking Front of House team members to provide friendly service, keep tables clean, and stay up to date with the menu and initiatives. You will be the welcoming face out front, while we support you behind the scenes with career development and flexible working options.

Formación

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Comfortable working in a team and communicating clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling safe storage of food.
• Being aware of and following all operational policies and procedures.
• Clearing and sanitising tables to keep the caf clean.
• Ensuring food products are available and standards are maintained.
• Staying up-to-date with communications and new initiatives.
• Knowing the caf menu inside out and serving food as intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
