Job summary

Tesco Caf front of house team member needed to provide friendly service, prepare drinks, handle food orders and keep the caf area clean. You will help maintain high standards, support daily operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires 18+ and offers flexible working patterns with opportunities to progress within Tesco Cafs across the UK. A strong focus on health, safety and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
• Clearing and sanitising tables so our caf stays clean.
• Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
• Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
• Knowing our cafs menu inside out and making sure food is served the way its intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
