Job summary

Tesco Cafs in Winchester is looking for a Front of House team member to deliver friendly, efficient service and greet customers with a welcoming smile. You will help with food and drinks, keep the caf clean and maintain high hygiene standards while staying up-to-date with our menu and initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Clearing and sanitising tables and keeping the caf clean.
• Ensuring food products are available and up-to-date with the menu.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
