Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Following all operational policies and procedures.
• Clearing and sanitising tables so the caf stays clean.
• Ensuring menu items are available and up-to-date.
• Staying informed about business communications and new initiatives.
• Knowing the cafs menu inside out and serving food as intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
