DiSRUPT Agency are partnering with a luxury brand offering stunning commercial spaces for companies to work and enjoy themselves. They host company events, networking opportunities, and a high-end location to socialise and work remotely.

The Front of House Assistant will be the face of the site, with a strong presence at the Front Desk. You will be responsible for ensuring all members and guests have a positive first (and last) impression of the building. The role is vital to the success of each location and involves working within a cohesive team dedicated to providing exceptional service.

You must be passionate about people, highly organized, and committed to delivering a 5-star customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm, friendly welcome to members, guests, colleagues, and visitors
  • Deliver a ‘members first’ service to meet/exceed KPIs and support member engagement programs
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, including security measures
  • Encourage use of member app and other technology to boost engagement
  • Handle ‘move-in’ administration for new members
  • Check-in/out, day pass, and Flex Members
  • Coordinate guest and tour arrivals
  • Manage meeting room bookings and collaborate with SCM on events
  • Maintain members portal and promote app usage
  • Order supplies for socials and events, monitor stock levels, and handle receipts in Xero
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries
  • Notify members of deliveries and manage access passes
  • Communicate with members via newsletters and digital screens
  • Assist with viewings and onboarding sessions
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs and address issues
  • Monitor building standards and report operational issues
  • Maintain tidiness of reception and communal areas
Skills & Personality:
  • Customer-facing/service experience, ideally at front desk/reception
  • Experience in coworking, events, luxury retail, hospitality, or members clubs
  • Experience in start-up/SME or purpose-driven businesses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Office RnD or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent customer care and relationship-building skills
