A typical day in the life of a Front of House Assistant:
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (if applicable)
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries about spa services, treatments, and products
  • Process payments and manage the reception area
  • Promote spa services, special offers, and retail products
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff for seamless service
  • Log visitors, including contractors and guest passes
  • Undertake all relevant training for the role
What we are looking for:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays (start to finish)

Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, is desirable. Proficiency with booking systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
