Job summary

Babcock is hiring a Front Line Manager at our Rosyth site in Fife, UK. The role leads a team of skilled technicians and operatives delivering critical engineering and manufacturing work to support national defence capabilities.

As a Front Line Manager, you will own team performance, safety, quality and delivery, with two-week rotating day/night shifts, on-site at Rosyth. The role requires SC security clearance eligibility and a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in production or marine environments.
• Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Experience planning labour and resources to meet schedules.
