Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to guide our Service teams and drive performance for customers. You will be the driving force behind the Checkout team, ensuring a friendly, efficient service and a culture that recognises achievement.

• Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Service department.
