What will you do?

1. Supervise night shift staff, including receptionists, security, and housekeeping (if applicable).
2. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours.
3. Ensure excellent guest service at all times.
4. Handle guest complaints or emergencies, escalating major issues as needed.
5. Perform nightly audits and prepare end-of-day reports (e.g., occupancy, revenue, incident logs).
6. Monitor property security and coordinate with security staff to handle incidents.
7. Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and common areas during night hours.
8. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent issues.
9. Enforce property rules and ensure quiet hours are respected.
10. Assist with reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone or email.
11. Ensure proper handover and communication with morning shift staff.

What do we look for?

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a night shift or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Ulysses, or Cloudbeds is a plus.
• Basic accounting or night audit knowledge is desirable.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
