Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to be the first point of contact for visitors and customers in our London showroom. You will greet people, handle enquiries, and support daily operations with a positive, professional demeanor across both sites and brands.

You should bring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with a track record of delivering a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations.
