Blue Arrow is partnering with Albert Bartlett & Sons Ltd to offer exciting opportunities in Airdrie for Production Operatives.

Due to the location of the factory, candidates should ideally live nearby or have access to their own transport, as public transport links are limited.

Duties include:

• Working within ambient temperatures, loading crates with pre-packaged potatoes, and hand stacking onto crates.
• This role is physically demanding; candidates must be comfortable lifting over 25kg.
• Handpicking potatoes not suitable for distribution on a busy production line.

Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 37 hours per week.

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Sunday: £12.21/hour, 9am to 5pm
• Monday to Thursday: £12.71/hour, 5pm to 1am
• Every 3rd Saturday: £12.21/hour, 8:30am until the job is finished (no set end time)

Additional hours may be required for overtime.
