Exciting Opportunity for a Production Manager

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in short-shelf-life food production? Due to internal growth, Albert Bartlett are pleased to share this opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our Added Value team. The successful candidate will be based in our state-of-the-art Chilled Factory, in Airdrie.

Key Responsibilities And Duties Include

  • Oversee daily operations of our Added Value production team.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow.
  • Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in short shelf-life food production.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across different shifts.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

About The Role

HOURS OF WORK

Rotating shift pattern - two weeks dayshift (0600-1430), two weeks backshift (1430-2300).

These are the core working hours and flexibility with start and finish times is required.
