Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate preparation, packing and labeling machinery for fresh meat products.
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures at all times.
• Check product quality and report issues immediately.
• Complete accurate production records for full traceability.
• Clean and sanitise work areas and equipment regularly.
• Wear PPE and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with stock control and correct storage of raw products.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
