Job summary

Job&Talent in Spalding is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading food manufacturing partner. You will work on processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork, and ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and speed.

The role requires clear communication, reliability and practical judgement; you will operate in a temperature-controlled environment, with a 05:30–14:30 shift, five days out of seven, on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full-time on a long-term assignment.
• Experience in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.
• Clear communication, reliability and practical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Process and pack fresh meat products, including pork, following order requirements.
• Support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to maintain health and safety, food safety and product quality.
