Moran’s Retail Ltd is seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to lead our deli counters across Moran’s locations. You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold HACCP and food safety standards, and drive staff development and customer service excellence.

Knowledge of 6S, quality control, and stock management is essential, as is a hands-on approach to achieving SMART goals and improving profitability.

• Ensure fresh food meets the highest company standards.

• Lead and develop deli counter staff and rota planning.
