Morrisons is seeking a Market Street Team Leader to guide and support our foodmakers across counters such as Deli, Oven Fresh, Pie Shop, Bakery and Fresh to Go. You’ll coach a multi-skill team, collaborate with managers to deliver great service, keep displays vibrant and ensure product knowledge helps hit sales targets while maintaining standards.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a retail or food service environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to handle queries quickly.
• Proven ability to coach colleagues across departments and build confidence.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliant practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead your team to deliver friendly, attentive service across all counters.
• Coordinate day-to-day counter communication and multi-skill colleagues across departments.
• Work with managers to deliver departmental sales plans and drive product knowledge.
• Maintain high shopkeeping standards, manage waste, and ensure food safety compliance.
