Job summary

Morrisons Market Street is seeking an enthusiastic Baker to join our in-store bakery team. You’ll prepare a wide range of breads, rolls, doughnuts and fruited products to our spec and deliver friendly, hands-on service to customers throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail bakery or fresh counter environments preferred.
• Willingness to handle flexible shifts and a hands-on role.

• Put customers first: Deliver friendly, helpful service that highlights fresh bakery products we offer every shift.
• Prepare quality baked goods: Bake and prepare a wide range of breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products to company specification.
• Maintain vibrant displays: Keep fresh, attractive bakery displays fully stocked throughout the trading day to ensure product availability.
• Keep operations safe and smooth: Operate bakery equipment safely, maintain high health and safety standards, and support other fresh counters when needed.
