Morrisons Bakery on Market Street is looking for a friendly baker or bakery counter assistant who loves making and selling fresh products. You will prepare doughnuts, bread, rolls, and pastries, and help maintain attractive displays for customers.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer-focused with a passion for baking.
• Ability to use bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Competent in making bread, rolls, doughnuts, and pastries.
• Flexible to work across Market Street and other counters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have confidence in fresh bakery products.
• Maintain attractive displays to promote sales throughout the trading day.
• Prepare bakery products to company specifications using prover, oven and mixer.
• Deliver friendly and helpful service, removing barriers and creating moments that matter for customers.
