Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an in-store Baker to join the Market Street bakery team. You will be on hand to deliver friendly service, bake a wide range of breads and pastries to spec, and maintain attractive bakery displays throughout the trading day.

The role requires safe operation of ovens, provers and mixers, and a commitment to high health and safety standards. You will support other counters when needed and work flexibly with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail bakery or fast-paced food environment preferred.
• Care about quality fresh food.
• Must be over school leaver's age (18+).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service that highlights fresh bakery products.
• Bake and prepare breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruity items to spec.
• Keep bakery displays fully stocked and attractive during trading hours.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain health and safety standards.
