Job summary

Language Business in Birmingham seeks a French Speaking Sales Executive to manage and grow sales into French-speaking Europe. This on-site role requires fluency in French and English, a driving licence for Europe visits, and a UK work visa.

You will develop new business, build long-term relationships, hit KPIs, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives. Competitive, ambitious candidates with previous sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English are essential.
• Previous sales experience — any sector — preferred.
• Competitive and target-focused mentality.
• Confident to cold call new clients to introduce the company.
• Full valid driving licence is essential for client visits in Europe and travel to office.
• Full valid visa to work in the UK without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new business from prospective accounts and regenerate business from old accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure KPIs are achieved including sales targets, calls, new accounts and visits.
• Attend exhibitions and visit customers as required.
• Assist in developing the sales and marketing strategy including advertising and promotion.
• Generate new business within assigned area and sectors on company terms.
• Ensure business is at or above the company minimum approved margins.
