Job description

We are currently partnering with a global business, who are specialist leaders in their field. They are looking for a fluent French speaker to be based in their modern city centre Manchester office. You will join a fast-paced and upbeat team that enjoys what they do, reflected in the bright, motivated HR Services department.

You should be experienced in providing HR support to a European team, fluent in French, and preferably have worked with Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with HR teams to ensure all employee records are accurately maintained and updated.
  2. Support the administration of benefits, including enrolment, changes, and enquiries.
  3. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating with HR, IT, and Facilities to ensure new hire setup is completed on time.
  4. Manage offboarding processes, including processing final payments and updating systems.
  5. Maintain accurate employee data within our systems, processing updates related to job changes and compensation.
  6. Respond to enquiries promptly, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary.
  7. Guide employees on using self-service tools effectively for tasks such as updating personal information or accessing benefits.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend streamlining measures to the HR Operations Director.
  9. Support compliance with local regulations and company policies in HR processes.
  10. Help maintain and update HR process documentation.
  11. Assist in generating reports and support ad-hoc data analysis as requested.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Administration or HR Coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Workday is desirable.
  • Proficient in French, with exposure to European markets.
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with a motivated and positive outlook.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
