Job summary

BSI is seeking a French-speaking Billing Specialist for a 9-month maternity cover in the UK. The role supports billing activities for the French office, handling invoices, queries, and credit notes in a fast-paced finance team.

Fluent French and prior billing experience are essential, with strong Excel skills and customer service focus. The base salary starts at £28,050 per year, with a hybrid work arrangement in the UK and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Billing or similar finance role.
• Experience with manual billing processes.
• Proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in a high-volume operating business.
• Good numerical skills and confidence with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate billing requirements with other areas of the business promptly and accurately.
• Log and distribute queries to the appropriate team and follow up for fast resolutions.
• Issue pro rata and yearly AMF invoices and handle related queries.
• Handle day-to-day client correspondence with prompt responses.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure documents are raised promptly and accurately per internal SLAs.
