Job summary

Expeditors, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a Ground Network Services support role to ensure smooth freight process flow and accurate data entry across shipments. The position emphasizes timely communication, KPI achievement, and strong collaboration with customers and suppliers.

The role may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on adherence to government and internal regulations and continuous process improvement within the Ground Network. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal skill
• Pro‑active, strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Optimizing route planning and truck utilization.
• Interact with our customers (internal and external) in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Contribute to and maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
• Understand department process flow, and look for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures in place.
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
• Timely communication.
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.
