Aramex in the United Kingdom seeks an detail‑oriented Roadfreight Administrator to oversee end-to-end shipments, update statuses, scan freight, and compile daily reports. You will liaise with hauliers, exporters, and customers to ensure timely, cost-efficient movements through the depot.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Experience in operations and broad knowledge of regulations.
• Cargowise experience preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good commands in professional emails writing.

Responsibilities

• Update collection and delivery status in a timely manner.
• Scanning of freight into and out of the depot.
• Log and report daily outturn reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Contact hauliers for quotations and compare suppliers for best value.
• Excel reporting to accounts for shipments with special rates or charges.
• Monitor transport queries and liaise between providers, customers and depots.
• Ensure internal TMS is accurate and updated promptly.
• Create run sheets detailing collections and deliveries.
• Data entry with attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Create bookings on internal system and process EDIs from customers.
• Monitor PODs and chase outstanding documents from subcontractors.
