Warehouse Operative (Forklift) - Logistics & Freight

Looking for a stable, long-term role in a well-run warehouse team?

Immediate Transportation Co. Ltd is a well-established logistics and freight forwarding business with FORS Gold accreditation, known for high standards in safety, compliance, and service.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a forklift licence, experience of a freight forwarding background would be benificial to join our Camberley operation. This is a hands-on role where reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and safe working really matter.

What you'll be doing day to day

Receiving and checking goods into the warehouse

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading vehicles using forklift trucks

Labelling, barcoding, and maintaining accurate stock records

Supporting the wider logistics and transport operation

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant

This is a busy, physical role, so you'll need to be comfortable working on your feet and handling goods safely throughout the day.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)

Good attention to detail and organisation

A reliable, hands-on approach

Ability to work as part of a team

Flexible and dependable, including weekend rota cover

Experience of a busy frieght forwarding warehouse

Experience with bonded warehousing or customs-related stock

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
