About The Role

  • Build and grow customer relationships with new and existing clients across the UK
  • Prepare and deliver competitive freight quotes
  • Provide first-class account management, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate bookings in line with internal processes and service standards, liaising with stakeholders

About you:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding and account management
  • Previous success in a similar role (e.g. Freight Account Manager, BDM)
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-led approach
  • Driven to achieve and exceed targets in a competitive environment
