Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Frozen Warehouse Operatives for a cold store role in Nottingham. The job involves picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a -22°C to -24°C environment, with PPE provided. You must have experience in a frozen warehouse and own transport is required due to site location.

Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am, with overtime available. The position offers a temp-to-perm path, on-site parking, and free meals and drinks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately using voice picking systems.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed.
• Maintaining accuracy of inventory and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Working to productivity and performance targets.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
• Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Reporting damaged products or safety concerns immediately.

The rate of pay is

£18.81 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working within a temperature-controlled frozen environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
