Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy Northampton site. The role offers fixed shifts with morning, afternoon and night options and a temp-to-perm pathway. Pay ranges from £14.30 to £16.68 per hour with overtime and weekend allowances.

Responsibilities include picking and packing frozen foods, using LLOP and Talkman, and ensuring safety and performance standards are met. On-site canteen, parking, and staff support are provided.

Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton.

Recruiting for morning and afternoon shifts.

The rate of pay is:

• Morning shift - £14.30 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
• Afternoon shift - £16.19 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
• Night shift- £16.68 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks

Weekends and overtime are paid an extra shift allowance.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm
• 10pm to 6am
