Job summary

Staffline is hiring Freezer Warehouse Operatives in Bristol for a full-time role in a temperature-controlled frozen environment. You will pick, pack, and dispatch orders, loading and unloading as required, with shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and a night option.

Own transport is preferred due to location. Overtime is available at higher pay, with benefits including free parking, meals, and on-site PPE and training.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately using voice picking systems.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting stock discrepancies.
• Working to productivity and performance targets.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Following Health & Safety, Food Safety and Company procedures.
• Reporting damaged products, equipment faults, or safety concerns immediately.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Frozen Warehouse Operatives to work for our client, who specialises in expertly crafted, award-winning dishes. From schools and hospitals to care homes and beyond, they are a leading producer of nutritious, delicious meals, creating high-quality food that supports a wide range of dietary needs and preferences.

Freezer Warehouse Operatives in

Bristol.

The rate of pay is:

• AM Shift £16.16 per hour
• PM Shift £17.48 per hour
• Night Shift £18.81 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at

£24.24 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts,

Monday to Friday

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Night shift available Sunday to Thursday

• 10pm to 6am

Applicants will need their own vehicle to get to the site due to the location.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working within a temperature-controlled frozen environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a frozen environment (PPE and protective clothing provided).

• Strong work ethic with a flexible approach to duties.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving products safely.
