As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you’ll work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for your safety. You’ll be central to our delivery team, ensuring 60,000 orders per week are correct, undamaged, and on time.

We operate 24-hour warehouses, offering shifts to suit everyone:

• Day shift: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Night shift: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01/hour (including freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50/hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime at 1.25x basic rate

Core Roster: Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance to plan ahead.
