Here at Ocado Logistics in Andover, it’s all go. Join friendly, welcoming teams and enjoy a great work/life balance. As a Warehouse Freezer Operative, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.

You will work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided for your safety. If you like the cold, this is the job for you! You will ensure our 60,000 orders per week are correct, received undamaged, and on time, every time.

Our warehouse operates 24 hours, with shifts to suit everyone:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01 per hour (including freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
