As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will work in a large freezer at temperatures of up to -25℃. Full thermal gear is provided to ensure safety. Your role is crucial in ensuring our 60,000 orders per week are correct, undamaged, and timely.

We operate a 24-hour warehouse, offering shifts suitable for everyone:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01 per hour (including a freezer premium)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate
