Join the Ocado Logistics Andover family as a Warehouse Freezer Operative. Work in a large freezer at temperatures up to -25℃, with full thermal gear provided. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, operating in a 24-hour warehouse with shifts suited to all preferences.

Shift Options:

• Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
• Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: £13.01/hour (freezer premium included)
• Night shift premium: +£2.50/hour (22:00-06:00)
• Overtime at 1.25x rate

Work Pattern: Receive your work schedule 13 weeks in advance to plan your personal life.
