Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Andover is recruiting a Freezer Warehouse Operative for a high‑performing freezer environment with temperatures as low as -25°C. Full thermal protective gear is provided for safety and comfort during shifts.

Expect a close‑knit team, with 4 shifts in a 7‑day period. Day shifts are 5:00 AM–3:00 PM; nights 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Overtime and incentive schemes enhance earnings; roster known 13 weeks in advance.

• You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
• For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions

Available Day Roles

You will work 4 shifts in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends.

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off)

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (4 nights on, 3 nights off)

What You’ll Get

• Hourly pay: £13.64 per hour (including freezer premium)
• Night Shift Premium: +£3.34 per hour (11:45 PM to 5:45 AM)
• Overtime Pay: 1.25x basic rate
• Core Roster: Know your work schedule 13 weeks in advance, helping you plan life outside of work
• Additional earning potential is available through our target- based incentive scheme, with higher performers receiving additional hourly premiums
