Job summary

Odd Arts is looking for an experienced youth worker with a specialism in neurodivergence to plan and co-facilitate themed creative sessions with young people in Greater Manchester.

You’ll work alongside a lead creative practitioner, report to the project manager, and help shape sessions that are inclusive, engaging and responsive to the needs of the young people in the room over ten weeks (Oct 2026–Jan 2027) at £152 per full day.

Odd Arts is looking for someone to plan and co-facilitate themed creative sessions with young people, working alongside a lead creative practitioner and reporting into our project manager.

You’ll help shape sessions that are inclusive, engaging and built around the young people in the room.

• October 2026 to January 2027
• 1-2 days per week, over 10 weeks
• £152 per full day
• Greater Manchester based
