Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Water Sector Site Manager for ongoing freelance work across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. The role focuses on day-to-day site operations, subcontractor liaison, and delivering projects safely and to specification.

The ideal candidate will have strong water sector background, SMSTS, and a track record in managing site teams while maintaining high health and safety standards. CIS freelance contract with nationwide water projects.

Qualifications

• SMSTS - essential.
• Proven water sector experience - essential.
• Previous Site Manager experience - essential.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across water sector projects.
• Supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.
• Liaising with project managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Completing site documentation, reporting and inspections.
