Job summary

Three Doors seeks a hands-on Video Creator to turn trial-session footage into shareable short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and occasional LinkedIn. You’ll shoot inside sessions, edit, and craft captions while maintaining a consistent visual voice on a tight budget.

You’ll own the full pipeline, from filming to posting, and adapt content for each platform. The role starts as a 20‑day project over 20 weeks, with potential to grow as the venue opens.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video work with links.
• Can shoot, edit and write captions; one person handles full pipeline.
• Knows what travels on each platform: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Produce 8–16 short-form videos per week across social platforms.
• Create 2–4 longer cuts (3–8 min) when stories exist.
• Write captions and hooks in Three Doors' voice for all outputs.
• Maintain a content calendar accessible to the team.
• Develop a reusable visual style (fonts, motion, sound design).
• Live capture at trial sessions; be camera-ready in the room.
