Job summary

Mammutmarsch UG is seeking a freelance Marketing Manager to launch the UK market. You will drive local marketing plans, create UK-adapted content, manage social and influencer campaigns, and build community engagement from day one. This remote-first role suits a self-driven marketer with strong UK market knowledge and English fluency.

You will report to the core marketing team, enjoy creative freedom, and operate 15–20 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with fair compensation and clear goals.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in marketing (social, influencer, PR, campaigns, community).
• Self-driven, solutions-oriented, able to build new structures.
• Creative with courage to explore new paths.
• Excellent UK market understanding and native-level English.
• Willingness to travel for occasional UK activities.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-market UK: develop local marketing plans, roadmap, and launch initial activities.
• Social media first: plan, create, and publish UK-adapted content; manage editorial calendar.
• Community building: engage in dialogue, handle comments/DMs, uphold guidelines, grow organic reach.
• Campaign execution: run and optimize social and influencer campaigns.
• Content production: create short clips/UGC, visuals, and copy tailored to the UK.
• Performance basics: track KPIs, deliver reports, translate insights into action.
• Secondary: research relevant partners/networks and initiate selectively when useful.
