Ripple+ is seeking a Freelance TikTok Content Creator & Manager to plan, produce, and manage TikTok content that strengthens the brand presence. This full-time, on-site role is based in London, with responsibilities including scripting, filming, editing, and trend-driven content aligned with the wellness mission.

You will manage the TikTok content calendar, post and schedule videos, monitor analytics, engage with the community, and coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and platform

Role Description

The Freelance TikTok Content Creator & Manager will plan, produce, and manage TikTok content that strengthens Ripple+’s brand presence and community. In this full-time on-site role based in London, the individual will ideate and script short-form videos, film and edit content, and experiment with trends that align with the brand’s wellness mission. Daily responsibilities include managing the TikTok content calendar, posting and scheduling videos, monitoring performance analytics, and optimizing content based on insights. The role also involves engaging with the TikTok community, responding to comments, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and staying current with platform features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong TikTok content creation skills, including scripting, filming, and editing short-form video.
• Experience managing social media channels, with a focus on TikTok strategy, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret insights, and refine content based on data.
• Understanding of brand storytelling, wellness or lifestyle marketing, and trend-driven content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone.
• Comfort working on-site in London, collaborating closely with a small, fast-paced team.
• Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media management for consumer brands is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving creative direction.
