Qualifications

• Dedicated experience in swimwear design with knowledge of stretch fabrics, trims and hardware sourcing.
• Ability to translate viral trends into brand-right concepts, palettes and silhouettes.
• Skilled at designing into price architectures and target margins while maintaining value.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for tech packs, flats, and print recolouring.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate viral swim trends into concept boards, palettes and silhouettes.
• Create detailed, factory-ready tech packs with specs and construction notes for stretch fabrics.
• Apply deep knowledge of fabrics and construction to ensure fit across diverse body types.
• Collaborate with product development to design within target margins and price points.
• Support sample execution and provide clear callouts to factories during fittings.
