Midnight Communications is seeking a freelance content creator to support social-first brand and live-event projects, starting with a food-led Midlands event. You’ll work independently on location, following a creative brief and capturing atmosphere, moments and personalities as they happen.

• Experience creating social-first content for brands.
• Able to film, edit and deliver high-quality content to tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling and composition.
• Confident directing people on camera.
• Can work independently while representing the agency professionally.
• Reliable, organized and calm in busy live-event environments.
• Own camera and audio equipment suitable for professional social content.
• Experience covering food, hospitality, lifestyle, or live-event content.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok content.
