3D Personnel LTD is seeking a freelance Setting Out Engineer for a two-week cover on a major science park development in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. You will join an established site team, primarily focusing on setting out pile positions, checking tolerances, and maintaining precise as-built records for the engineering team.

Requirements include proven setting out experience with a main contractor or piling subcontractor, confidence using AutoCAD drawings, a valid CSCS card, and your own PPE.

Qualifications

• Proven setting out experience with a main contractor or specialist piling subcontractor.
• Confident working from AutoCAD drawings.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Own PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set out pile positions, check tolerances and as-built positions, and keep accurate records for the engineering team.
• Work with the site team during piling operations and provide timely updates.
• Liaise with contractor and engineers to ensure on-site quality and compliance.
